Slotenda provides a web service for designing spaces and managing bookings. Users must comply with applicable law, third-party rights and these terms. The content, design, brand and software belong to their owner or are used with permission and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without authorisation.

Slotenda aims to keep the service available and its information current, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for interruptions beyond its control, misuse of the service or third-party links and services.

The subscription belongs to the account responsible for the designs. Invited users do not need their own subscription. The service is primarily intended for businesses and professionals.

The free trial lasts 14 days. The monthly plan costs €7 and the annual plan €60, VAT included. It includes up to 3 designs and 50 users; larger requirements are available under a custom plan.

The subscription renews for equal periods until cancelled. It can be managed or cancelled from the profile; cancellation prevents future renewals and does not affect a paid period already under way. Stripe processes card payments and Slotenda does not store full card details. Annual manual payments are activated after verification.

If the subscription becomes inactive, designs and bookings are retained, but editing and new bookings are restricted until reactivation. Customers must provide accurate details, protect credentials, have authority to manage and invite users, and use the service lawfully.

We process account, profile, business, billing, design, invitation, booking, communication and necessary technical data to provide and secure Slotenda, answer enquiries, manage payments and subscriptions, comply with legal duties and, with consent, measure usage and campaigns.

Our legal bases are performance of the requested service, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and service improvement, and consent where required. Data is retained while the account or contract is active and afterwards for applicable legal periods or to address liabilities.

Service providers include Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, transactional email services and, with consent, Google Analytics/Ads. Some providers may process data outside the EEA using safeguards recognised by applicable law.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability at info@slotenda.com, and may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Slotenda uses essential technical storage for sessions, security, language and preferences. With your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads measure website use, registrations and campaign performance.
